The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District), with limited exceptions, holds public meetings through a hybrid platform of in-person and remote attendance to allow members of the public to participate through the Park District’s virtual platform, Zoom. The Operations Committee will participate in-person at the Park District Administrative Headquarters (2950 Peralta Oaks Court, Oakland, California) unless otherwise designated. Occasionally, members of the Board of Directors may attend remotely as permitted by the Brown Act.

- Live via the Zoom virtual meeting platform (Zoom link is located on the meeting Agenda below)
- Live stream via the Park District’s website: https://www.ebparks.org/calendar/public-meetings
Public Comments May Be Submitted in Person or in One of the Following Three Ways:
- Via email to [email protected]. Emails must contain in the subject line “Public Comments – not on the agenda” or “Public Comments – agenda item title”. It is preferred that these written comments be submitted by 3:00 pm on the day prior to the meeting.
- Via voicemail at (510) 544-2500. The caller must start the message by stating “Public Comments – not on the agenda” or “Public Comments – agenda item title” preferably followed by their name and place of residence, followed by their comments. It is preferred that these voicemail comments be submitted by 3:00 pm on the day prior to the meeting.
- Live via the Zoom virtual meeting platform. The Zoom link below will let you into the virtual meeting for the purpose of providing a public comment.
The agenda for the meeting is listed below. A copy of the background materials concerning agenda items, including any material that may have been submitted less than 72 hours before the meeting, is available for inspection on the Park District’s website (www.ebparks.org).
